–  Maximum renewal can be up to 15 years

– Maximum credit limit of 50% of private appraisal value(company apprises under SEC directed)
– Yearly contact per annum can be up to 15 years

Nationality/Age

– Completion of 20 years of age

Document

1. Application form
2. Copy of identification card, and house registration with the certified copy
3. Marriage certificate
4. Installment receipt of sale with right of redemptionfor 3 months (if any)
5. Copy of title deed or Nor.Sor 3 Kor. of every front and back page

Cost Estimate

1. Appraisal fee: 3,000 -7,000 bath depending on distance (pay at the venue)
2. Collateral fire insurance depending on the appraisal fee of the collateral
3. Landsale registration fee and redemption of sale with right of redemption (refund)
4. Processing feeof landsale registration : 2,000-5,000 bath
5. Stamp duty 0.05% of credit limit

Loan processing fee
– 3% in case of approved loan

Remarks: All expenses and loan processing fees can be deducted from the loan amountexcept appraisal fee paid with cash at the venue.
